Do I need an account to download music?
Yes. Even free MP3 downloads require sign-in so the platform can enforce daily limits and connect downloads to your library.
How do paid downloads work?
Paid purchases create time-limited download entitlements for the purchased release or track formats. Access is tied to your account rather than an open public file URL.
How do I apply as an artist or vendor?
Use the application flow on the Apply page. That route is the supported onboarding path for marketplace access, storefront setup, and review.
Is the radio stream live already?
The radio route is now live as an informational page, but the full live-stream integration and now-playing sync are still in progress.
Where can I get support for account or order issues?
Use the contact page and include the email address linked to your profile so the team can trace the relevant order or account activity quickly.
